Angus beef, thin-cut for fast cooking and quick marinating .
Miami (or Korean) style ribs are beef short ribs sliced horizontally across the bone into thin strips, leaving multiple small bones with lots of savoury angus beef. This cross-cut style makes them ideal for quick cooking methods like grilling, broiling, or pan-searing. They cook in just 3–5 minutes per side over medium-high heat.
Try marinating them in honey garlic sauce for an hour or two before grilling or simply thaw, pat dry and add salt pepper and garlic powder for an amazing nice easy treat!
